Sorry, I do not speak Spanish that well, I hope someone can help me who speaks English?

Our family has health insurance with Adeslas, and we need help for our daughter.

She is 14 year old, and few weeks ago she got a big red patch at the back of her neck, just below hair line. It is 3-4 cm in diameter and there is some small bump under the skin. I think she needs dermatologist to have a look at it.

It is a big area, it's itching and irritating her. I have never seen something like this.

Can we book an appointment soon please?
