Leopoldo A. Elias Levato is the worst doctor I have every worked with. He was late. He ask me to provide insurance card number. I need to look for it. he lost his patience compeletely just left the appointment. THe whole appointment is supposed to be 30 min but because he was late and left early without waiting for me to get my card, the whole meeting was less than 15 minute. He said he can give me a perscription but just I took a bit longer(2min) looking for my insurance card, he just left,
